Loan Limits Increase!
The Federal Housing Financing Agency (FHFA) has recently announced that it has increased the loan limits for Conventional Mortgages purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The new limit for 1 Unit properties has increased to $424,100.00. This represents the first time the loan limits have been increased since 2006 and is a further sign of improving home market values.
