The rise of US house prices rose in the second quarter of 2016 but gains in each month were at a slower pace. The FHFA data showed a 1.2 percent rise in prices compared to the previous quarter and a 5.6 percent rise compared to the second quarter of 2015. This is actually considered good news by keeping home ownership affordability at an all time high given the low interest rates!
